| NorthEast Talent Solutions is interviewing for a Marketing Manager to work on our clients brand; hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Client is located in Bloomfield, NJ.Responsibilities include managing a series of brands. The candidate will develop and execute profitable sales and marketing programs, and coordinate communication with our clients Sales Team. The position bears P&L responsibility for the responsible brands. The ideal candidate must have experience in classic CPG consumer marketing including knowledge of Trade Marketing (especially promotion evaluation) and new product development. Past experience managing retail link would be ideal. In addition, the person should demonstrate a proven history delivering both top and bottom line results. The candidate needs to have strong time management skills. Individual should be able to work both autonomously and in a team environment and proactively deliver business solutions. Significant interaction with, and presentations to our clients customers, cross-functional teams and our clients sales organization are required. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, forecasting and analytic skills are necessary. Interpreting and applying market research and/or syndicated data are essential. Minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience and an MBA is required. The position is full time exempt, reporting to the Corporate VP of our client. There is a small amount of travel involved. This is a temp to perm position, probationary period of 90 days must be met by applicant prior to working directly with our client. Details will be discussed during the interview. Microsoft Excel (Including experience using formulas), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, forecasting systems (ex: Demantra)and a working knowledge of Access, Essbase, Spreadsheet Server or similar. |
