Our Client in Bogota has an immediate opening in their NJ office for a full-time Accounting Clerk who will be a great addition to their Accounting Team. Must have previous administrative/accounting experience, proficient in Microsoft outlook and excel. Must have worked with NetSuite or related software. Job Duties:

• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and spreadsheets

• Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs.

• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.

• Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external customers and vendors

• Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.

• Investigates questionable data.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Receive, record, and deposit customer payments.

• Answer all customer and or vendor inquiries.

• Perform filing and copying


• Fluent in English

• Professional, collaborative attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with outside customers vendors

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and documentation skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong work ethic

• 1 – 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role • Ability to multi-task and process invoices from multiple entities

• Analytical or Accounting background preferable

• Degree in Accounting a plus but not required

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

• NetSuite experience or related Software

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary is Commensurate with Experience

• Full-Time: 40 per week

• Weekly Pay

• Work Weekdays M-F 9 am-5 pm
