Summary

SUPPORTING TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselingmanagers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations;preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning,and implementing pay structure revisions.

The Compliance Manager ensures compliance responsibilities and related supervisory requirements are maintained. Ensure activities and materials comply with all company compliance and related policies and procedures and all relevant state rules, laws, and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve or maintain certification and compliance to ISO 9001 Quality System, GRACoL, Pantone Certified Printer, Sustainable Green Printer requirements.

Understand, direct and assist managers for compliance to applicable statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.

Understand, administer and maintain management policies in compliance to requirements.

Identify and assist managers to document the business processes to support customer and other requirements. Be the voice for and champion of customer needs and expectations.

Identify, maintain and distribute documents, records and communications for compliance with requirements.

Maintain documentation of compliance activities.

Administer the corrective action process and assist managers complete complaint identification and resolution.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

3-5 years regulatory or relevant business/operational experience. 

Strong technical and interpersonal skills are needed, as well as tolerance for shifting responsibilities and priorities. 

Comfort and agility in working with data and ability to identify issues/exceptions in data sets.

Process management and workflow knowledge 

Excellent analytical abilities and problem solving skills

A conscientious; detail-orientated nature

Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal/relationship building skills

Ability to collaborate across business units and corporate functions

Strong technical skills, including extensive knowledge of all MS office applications

Background in compliance, audit, business analyst 

Prior experience in a control position with a printing company a plus

Position Summary: The project manager is responsible for all tasks required in the direction, coordination, implantation, execution, control and completion of assigned projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the client, team and organization. The Project Manager will need strong communication skills to communicate effectively with customer, sales and manufacturing. Stitcher Operator

We are working with a print company in South NJ to fill many of their hiring needs. Our client is in need of a full time Stitcher Operator.

Working hours are 7:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays required.

Pay is $26.00 per hour

Essential Job Functions:

· Check blueprint for correct binding.

· Checkover finished product for any marking or defects.

· Continually check for marking, defects or other imperfections.

· Notify Supervisor immediately of any problems.

· If job requires further finishing, stack in correct quantities on skid or cages.

· Insure product is packed properly.

· Initial back of job bag with piece count and/or number of boxes.

· Place job bag on skid with product and forward for final finishing or to shipping.

· Log out of keypad.

· Preform maintenance on Stitcher on daily, weekly monthly basis.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Ability to read and understand written instructions including those dealing withdimensions and quantity.

· Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.

· Good knowledge of stitcher machine, operation and set-up practices.

· Knowledge of the operation and function to the other bindery equipment and machinery.

· Good math skills and knowledge of simple computer operations.

· Knowledge of all procedures required to safely operate a stitching machine and associatedbindery equipment.

· Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
